The A.M.Ae.S.I (INDIA) Examination
The Aeronautical Engineering Examination are held twice a year
in the month of June and December and admissions are made accordingly.
There are two Examinations :-
- Section A Examination (3 semesters/one & half year).
- Section B Examination (3 semester/one & half year).

Candidates can change a Stream after obtaining
written permission from the society. They can also appear in an
additional stream but only after completing a stream. However they
will not be required to appear in the common subjects in which they
are passed.
Eligibility
Pass in Intermediate/ PUC / 10+2 / B.Sc. with 50 marks in each
subject in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. OR
Diploma in Engineering from any state Polytechnic or its equivalent.
Duration : 3 Years
Membership
After completing admission in
ESC, Student are required to register with Aeronautical Society
of India - AeSI, to become Student member of AeSI by paying necessary
fee. For details, students are advised to contact ESC. In case this
membership is not taken within 2 weeks of taking admission in ESC,
students will not be eligible to appear for that semester exam.

General Information for AMAeS

Each subject carries 100 marks and passing
mark is 50%. Students can pass the examination subject-wise
also.

Practical training is arranged for our Regular/Postal
students in Indian Airlines, Air India Civil Aviation Department,
HAL, NAL Etc. at Centers like Delhi, Bombay, Calcutta, Hyderabad,
Bangalore & Chennai in final year i.e. Section "B"
provided candidate has passed 4 subjects in section "B"

Passing of sections A and B is known as Graduate
ship
-
There is no qualified Engineer who is unemployed
in this field. As a matter of fact there is a shortage of Aeronautical
Engineers in our country.

After passing Section A and B of the Aeronautical
Society of India, Students are eligible to appear in GATE for
Admission to M.E or M.Tech. Post Graduate studies at IIT's &
other Universities, educational Institutes.

The Engineering Council, has recognised this
examination & those who have completed Sec - A and Sec B
of this examination shall be granted entry into part 2 of their
Examination.

Bangalore, Mumbai, Calcutta, Delhi, Hyderabad,
Indore, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Chennai and Trivandrum.
Academic Sessions :
Engineers Study Circle has two (2) academic sessions
for all the regular and postal Courses which begin from the month
of June & December every year. Admission are open throughout
the year for all the regular and postal courses. Candidates can
join any course and choose the session as per their convenience.
The exam for June batch will be held in December & for December
batch in the month of June every year. Being a non-formal education
scheme there is no age limit to join these courses.

Day : 9.00 AM to 4.30 PM
Evening : 6.30 PM to 8.30 PM on Weekdays
9.00 AM to 2.00 PM on Sundays |
